Won a bonus on slots, the screen froze and I didnt receive the bonus. Asked for 2 weeks and they said they gave me the bonus after my inquiry. I said there was no sign of a bonus in my account and sent them screen shot of the exact time. It wasnt there and they said it was on their records, so too bad for me.
Also brought to their attention that they were not providing proper bonuses they emailed me.
They "froze" my account.
