Requested a withdrawal 8th April. Was told after 2 weeks that they had a problem with their provider. Then told that issue had been fixed at the end of April as they had a new provider. Its now been over 6 weeks so I complained, only to be told they had an "issue with their provider" Total bull***t
Id advise anyone to not deposit their money to Betneto as you will be conned
