STAY AWAY these guys will do absolutely everything they can to avoid paying out. If you don't give up and keep coming at them with hard to deny/reject documents and keep after them they'll just go ghost. they don't follow their own policies. The CSR staff is either incompetent, trained to avoid helpful solutions, or their system for tracking accounts/wagering/and payouts is absolute garbage.
- The slots may be slightly more giving than average but its irrelevent as they don't payout
- Shady support staff
- questionable CSR staff
- Don't follow their own policies
- unresponsive if it would cost them to payout
- if payouts were actually paid the timeline is nearly 2wks-even on crypto
