I signed up and used the free chip and completed all of the wagering requirements . I had to verify my account which I did - took at least 2 weeks to do after sending the same
documents numerous times . I was told my account was verified and my withdrawal by bank transfer was processed . After many weeks of not getting it and chatting with numerous agents who all said it was being processed I finally got an agent who said they don’t do bank transfer just bitcoin. So I had to cancel
the withdrawal and do a new one with bitcoin. This was the first week of May . It is now 5 weeks later and after speaking to numerous agents who say it is being processed the latest agent today says I don’t have enough balance (they now say $225) in my account to withdraw . However , up until a week ago I did have the balance in there (up
to $500)balance . So when the withdraw was processed and the many weeks later it was pending I had the balance on the account . This process has been going for a long time now and will probably never get anything . Was a waste of time. The withdrawal process started in March it is now June

I started playing with a 125 dollar bonus and I've been playing for 5 maybe 6 days and it provides no clear indication of when you have met playthru requirements so I chatted up the staff and was told they can't tell me my playthru till I'm verified which is strange ,but I sent in verification and I haven't heard back I suspect they're waiting for me to lose the money I've accumulated but I'm going to jus stop playing now and wait for verification to to be accepted but from what I'm reading here I'm very doubtful I'll ever see a nickel no matter what ,I'll update and tell the result after they verify me

STAY AWAY these guys will do absolutely everything they can to avoid paying out. If you don't give up and keep coming at them with hard to deny/reject documents and keep after them they'll just go ghost. they don't follow their own policies. The CSR staff is either incompetent, trained to avoid helpful solutions, or their system for tracking accounts/wagering/and payouts is absolute garbage.

The slots may be slightly more giving than average but its irrelevent as they don't payout

I signed up and played with their welcome NDB. I met the insanely high playthrough requirement and followed all their terms and conditions. I made a payout request which was repeatedly denied as they wanted me to send in personal information and ID (to be expected) - I sent my KYC documents in 4 times (yes, four times I emailed them the document) and each time they canacled my withdrawal request stating they needed my KYC documents.

finally two weeks later my KYC documents were approved. I made another withdrawal request which was finally being processed. Keep in mind this is a crypto currency payout (bitcoin) which should be instant as with most other casinos. It has now been two months since my documents were approved and more than two months since I requested payout of my winnings.

I have contacted support at least a dozen times, via email and live chat. Each time they tell me the same thing "someone will contact you via email" and that email never ever arrives.

they have no phone number and no credibility. DO NOT PLAY HERE YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY WINNINGS. They violate their own terms and conditions and there is nothing you can do to stop them. 🌟It is a casino where you can not withdraw Note → If you write here and make a claim here, you can withdraw. I submitted a withdrawal request of $100 at the first English-only casino. At first, I submitted my driver's license and resident's card in Japanese, but it was NG. More than a month ago I tried to verify my account but this is a casino with predatory terms since the document verification process is predatory so they ask for documents in English which makes it very difficult for places where the English language is not official The case that they have refused to verify my account despite the fact that my license was accepted but my gas receipt was not because they want me to take it with a notarial translator and translate and certify it! What's more, I don't have the slightest idea where that is done and if it exists for the ridiculous amount of $66 they don't pay and they will make thousands of excuses for not doing it, I don't understand why they give it a good reputation if the casino is very bad
