I wouldn't say is a scam casino because they finally pay you, but the withdrawal procedure takes a lot of time with a useless verification process.
It took me almost one month to withdraw all of my funds (700€) after a long journey of verifications so be aware of that.
Maybe they don't have the needed liquidity for fast withdrawals.
