They are more than happy to accept your deposit, but try getting what you won.....I am now waiting eight business days for a withdrawal of 500 euros winnings, well past their own stated three to five day withdrawal terms.
I have contacted live chat twice, initially I was told by the chat operator I was in a queue ! to get my withdrawal payment, which I should receive in a few days, which was three days ago, and on the second occasion the connected chat operator did not respond at all.
The chat bot suggested I email accounting@madmoney.com, which I did yesterday, but no response. Waste of time, waste of money, do not play here.
