This casino are just awful. I have been waiting 15 days for my withdrawal - customer services know nothing, and consistently tell you to be patient.
They keep telling me my withdrawal is under review - but do not know why, what for, or the reason. They also are unable/unwilling to tell me how long it will take to complete!
Would not recommend

- Customer service have limited access to information regarding withdrawals
- impossible to speak to anyone who is supposedly dealing with the review
- Appears that I will NEVER get my winnings
