Lately whoever opens account and win some money gets asked to wait 6 months "investigation" even when that 6 period passes they still dont pay you your winnings!

My account was fully verified and I was playing normally until I wanted to withdraw my money. On September 2023 they wrote me I should wait "6 months investigation" now its April and that period have passed but they still dont answer me and dont give my balance of 1800$

Do not spend time registering here, you will end up loosing your money anyway, they do not accept winners. I won 195 Euro and when I tried to withdraw they deducted my winnings and still harassing me and not giving me my deposit even.
  • Accepting players from lot of countries
  • Verification takes ages
  • After verification succesfull they ask you for additional verification when you try to withdraw
  • Unfair terms and conditions
  • Terms and conditions allow them to steal all your winnings
  • They can close you account anytime they want and fortfeit all your funds
  • Never responding to emails

Wish I could put 0 in stars

The company simply doesnt want to lose money and they will never withdraw your money even after you send them ID, selfie ID, utility bill, bank statement, they even asked me to send them proof to show that my number is mine, after I sent all of this they decided to steal my money with the following reason. " We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of 382,94€ has been removed from your account due to the following terms of our Terms & Conditions:

  • they limit you to 1 EUR max bet after few bets

After opening account and depositing 800$, staking two bets, one win, one lose they closed my account without even informing me on mail. When i went to their chat support 3 or 4 days they just say write email to support@playbetr.com I was writing every day and they never responded, been 2 or 3 weeks now and they still dont respond why they close my account. And they just keep my money without any explanation.
