So, the place is legit. The site is clean and tidy and there are some good games providers. Quite a few deposit and withdrawal methods, and a nice low minimum withdrawal. On the negative side, withdrawal took 16 days - that's just way too long so I probably won't return. Plus customer service is patchy at best. It's always unnerving when there is no Live Chat. Answers by email sometimes come, sometimes don't. They're not really bothered about pleasing customers I don't think. But def not a rogue place

Don't waste your money. Funds only go one way at this place - to them! They actively reject withdrawal requests multiple times, even after your account is fully verified, and don't respond to support requests. On Live Chat they just say "request it again in a few hours". You will find it stays pending for 2-3 days and then they send it back to your account in the hope that you will gamble the money away. And it's bad enough that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of 250 euro if you don't use crypto... Although it doesn't really matter what the minimum is since you won't be making any kind of withdrawal...
