As other users have posted on this site, no matter how many times I request a withdrawal, it is not possible. Withdrawals are refused for various reasons. I kept requesting withdrawals and getting rejected for about two months, and I didn't place any bets during that time. The balance was then reduced to zero. When I asked customer support why, they told me that my funds had been frozen due to inactivity, and that to restore my balance, I would need to make a new deposit of 50% of my balance!! When I asked if this was stated in the terms of use, I received no reply.
It's a ridiculous casino all the way through. Never deposit money!!
After depositing £350 and winning £1200 I made a withdrawal for it to be cancelled twice and moved back in to my balance. I have been trying for 2 days to contact them, and I have heard nothing from them.
