When I made my first payout of €200, I was informed by email that I should receive this within 10 minutes, up to a maximum of one working day.
I applied for my payout 3 working days ago, the next day at 10 a.m. I received the confirmation email of my payout, which said that I should have it in my account within 10 minutes by the next day at the latest.

I hope that the money will still arrive, but after 50 hours since the confirmation email, nothing has arrived.
I can only advise everyone against this casino!

Edit 08/18/2022: Today I received this email which only suggests that they don't want to cash out and are playing for time!
They (allegedly) made a mistake or had technical problems, but instead of making the transfer again, does the money come back to my long-frozen gaming account?
I had it blocked for 1 month so that I can no longer play back any money, since the transfer had already been confirmed long ago!

After that I went straight back into the live chat and wrote to Dennis again, who assured me again that unfortunately there was no other way than that I had to make the payment again and that he couldn't open my account for a moment to at least get a quick one to request another payment.
I don't think it needs any more indication than that this casino is unfortunately a scammer and they apparently can't even pay out €200, although I've already deposited €500 that day!

Edit 2: My account was just blocked forever for no reason and the money was withheld!
