Deposits are instant. When paying out, you really do everything to delay or reject the whole thing.

Payouts are delayed due to the slow, inconsistent and incomprehensible KYC process.

How the payout requests are created is also not understandable.

Previously, new/different documents were randomly requested for each payout.
The information about which documents they want is insufficient.
