I would have give -10 if the option was available,
ID - 11779078 This was i my first withdrawal,Worst casino ever, i have deposited amount of rs5000, and made a withdrawal amount of rs 3000rs , wheneven i contact customer support they say wait till 48hours ,and after 48 hours they give a new reason as "Your withdrawal is in the status: "being processed by the payment system". The delay depends on the payment system.
To clarify the reasons and terms, a request was made to the appropriate department of technical support of the payment system. As soon as our specialists receive a response, the funds will be transferred."
And everytime they give this same reason, customer support is pathetic, they dont even respond properly.
