I told the support I wanted to close my account because of gambling addiction but the casino offered me first to freeze my account for 24 hours, then TWO times they did offer me bonuses instead. Stay away!

I asked Bet1000 to permanently close my account because of gambling addiction TWO times. They simply ignored my request and offered me bonus money instead.

This is a casino that obiously doesn't care about people with gambling addictions. The response time was very slow aswell.

They have a non functional deposit limit "system" where the user can raise his deposit limit manually how much he wants, instantly.

Also... its impossible to close the account permanently. The maximum time is one month only!
