I asked Bet1000 to permanently close my account because of gambling addiction TWO times. They simply ignored my request and offered me bonus money instead.

This is a casino that obiously doesn't care about people with gambling addictions. The response time was very slow aswell.

They have a non functional deposit limit "system" where the user can raise his deposit limit manually how much he wants, instantly.

Also... its impossible to close the account permanently. The maximum time is one month only!

I won some money on Winoui. But when I wanted to lock my account until my withdrawl was processed, they told me that wasn't possible. It turned out, while the account is locked - only for a couple of days, any withdrawls aren't processed during the time the account is freezed.

They know players will cancel the withdrawl and play with the money. I did that, and I lost £400 that way.
