requested a withdrawal of only a few hundred pounds, now over a month later it still hasn't been processed and I have no real hope of it ever being processed. Live chat is absolutely no help, contradicting themselves as to why they haven't paid out, and then disconnecting. I have been on live chat many times and just get lots if excuses!
