The player from the US has been blocked without further explanation. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I met all the requirements of their $30.00 welcome bonus, went through verification, plus verification was approved, then did the withdrawal of $100 and that was approved. Then next thing I know my account was deleted and I have emailed them without a response. Deposit was supposed to be via Bitcoin!
