I tried cashing out by sending all required documents. I have waited two weeks for a check to be sent to find out it was not sent and giving the run around. After researching I am not the only having issues getting paid. Them an their sister sites are on several blacklist for not paying out. It's why they try to get you to play their site with the biggest bonus. Don't give in to the temptation, since they do not want to pay out. Read reviews for any casino on line before playing. It seems the number of bad ones are more than the legitimate ones be cautious. Don't spend a lot of money on any site until you have went through the withdrawal. A hint if they want all kinds of information from you other than how you want paid and verify your who you say you are. If they want all your banking information or anything else then they probably are not going to payout.
