Minimum deposit was €40 to play and receive a bonus. After playing for about 6 months on and off I repeatedly was bombarded with emails pushing me to play so I get more bonuses. I decided to walk away with €70 I had in my prestige account only to notice I couldn’t withdraw that amount it had to be €80 or more. It came to me after probably spending about €700 over 6 months I never hit the withdrawal target. Is there anything I can do legally as they can take the money out but not give it back? Thanks

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that you are not able to request a withdrawal due to the minimum withdrawal limit? Could you please advise which withdrawal methods are available to you? Do they all have this limit?

Well I deposit from my visa debit card which is one of there options also easier for me but when I come to withdraw there is no visa debit option only a bank transfer option which won’t work with my card. Plus I don’t understand how they can have a minimum deposit limit different to the withdrawal limit. I have sent some pictures to show you what I mean. Also you will see how much I get personally pressured into playing on there site. I hope this helps Marc. P.S Just wondering also why the bank transfers go to different accounts? Thanks
