The player from Germany is experiencing a technical glitch with one of the games. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
At the end of each game round 2 cents were unobtrusively deducted from the balance, I played Book of Dead 2 lines per line 16 cents after the end of each game round 2 more cents were deducted, I recorded this with a screen recorder and will file a fraud complaint
