This is the worst online casino I've ever used! They fully verified my account but made 7 rejected withdrawals without explanation. You have to write to their support which is very slow and sometimes closes chat themselves after just 2 minutes. They will ask for extra verification like bank statements, screenshots of individual transactions etc. just to reject your withdrawal again. They even asked me to provide stuff I had already uploaded. After about 2 weeks they finally sent me my small sum of money. Unfortunately, I can't upload screenshots for this review.
Also, why can I deposit without any verification and lose money, but once I want to withdraw they will ask for verifiying every small detail?
Please, chose another casino if you don't want to waste your time, nerves and energy. This one is trash!

The procedure has been going on for 3 days. I have never experienced this delay tactic at any other casino as extreme as at this one. That you need it because of 800 € says it all. When i sign in by bank id i see my address is wrong. I ask to fix it and they do it. Later they ask some documents because i wanna change my address, even i just wanna fix it. I send document but they dont approve it because they need my passport first. I give up.
