So the company power up casino promised a 500e first deposit bonus and I deposited the necessary 500e.
However, the bonus has never been seen or heard of.
The company only communicates that the maintenance did not grant the bonus.
I'm not the only one to whom this has happened. Bonus promises are completely empty. Don't trust.

I already played my deposit. I did try to withdraw the money right away, but they refused and said that the deposit must be recycled before withdrawal.
I asked many times for my bonus. Sometimes they invoked the rules and now they say I won't get a bonus because I tried to withdraw the money. 🤣 Always a different explanation and some new bonus is offered.

Unfortunately, by playing with the deposit that originally should have triggered the bonus, you lost the right to activate it. Simply said - casinos cannot add a deposit bonus on top of the lost deposit. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
