The player's withdrawal is delayed for 4 days. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.
I requested a withdrawal on 06/06/2022 and they gave me 3 business days for it to be in my account, I contact the chat and the only thing they know to inform is that payment is in the processing queue, it seems like I'm talking to robots , I try to send an email through the support email and I also can't solve my problem and until today 06/09/2022 my amount was not paid into the account and the method used was via PIX which nowadays is super fast. With this complaint I want my problem to be resolved.
