The player from Italy requested a withdrawal a few days ago, but it’s been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi, on January 9, 2022 I made a withdrawal of € 452 which to date has not yet been issued to me, therefore, given that the conditions provide for instant withdrawal, I do not see the bookmakers' behavior correct. If they do not issue the bank transfer urgently, I will certainly consider taking legal steps.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
