Hello, so my problem is in this posido site that i cannot do withdraw from them. I can normally make deposits and play, but withdraw is not working for me. I have had this problem last time too when i tried to make withdraw, and they had to do manual withdraw for my other bank. Now i have tried to contact the support again for withdraw, but they always say they come back me email, but never got answer. Waiting since december (1month already) nothing done.

  • Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is an unusually long time.

Hello,


When i try to withdraw i get this "error" that says "need to wager 1x before withdraw".

I have wagered my deposit many many times already. This is with my own money not with bonus.

This same problem happened me already before in posido and i needed to contact CasinoGuru.
