My payouts were approved 12/14/2021 for 307.00 and 12/29/2021 for 475.00 Posh said they were behind 5-6 weeks but now it's been 13 weeks and still nothing. I've been emailing customer support weekly and was told my issue has already been escalated but still nothing ...please help

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it? Is your account still active?
