i did not use free chips. i used my own money. i have not save any communication. i will next time. they only ask me to wait but no any update for more than 24hrs. i have 1million pesos in my acct i cannot withdraw

The casino does not says i cant withdraw. only my agent does not want to withdraw my money. they put my acct on hold. they even told me that my acct was fraud but i verified it with pnxbet no records found that i have fraudulent activity. i need help that my.city manager withdraw my money

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Do you have any pending withdrawals or you cannot request the withdrawal at all?
