Can you help me re: my account in pnxbet? my account was locked by pnxbet and I dont know whats the reason behind it. My account has php 171k balance and I want to withdraw it but they locked my account without informing me what is my violation. please help me recover my account because that money that i invested is not a small amount.

yes amounting to php 171,000 pesos is being held in my account. I accumolated the funds through betting in sports not in active bonus.. I also tried to communicate to the casino customer care but they said my account will be locked up to 365 days.. Its very unfair for me because i didnt do anything that violates the TC. I just only bet in sports betting. I hope you could help me recover my funds
