I have already verified my account and provide the security department with all the I'd and statements regarding my account,and I have already been done a withdrawal before,I don't use my Jeton account and now they asked for a statement regarding my account in Jeton,i have done all the deposit from my Swedish bank account and provide everything to them,now when I try to make a withdrawal they denied the withdrawal and I can't log in to the website on Jeton.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did you ever use your Jeton account to deposit into the casino? Please note that if yes, they are allowed to request a verification of it and if you do not longer use it, you need to provide a statement from the payment provider.

Hi Nick, I have never used Jeton for deposits, I have now succeeded after many over and over with the security department and to add to all other players, Jeton support does not provide any statement according to them, and therefore all other players should be careful with to make bets via Jeton. I have now managed to get my account verified but still my withdrawal has not been approved.
