I was told that no verification is necessary and my payout will be processed within 3 working days, so far every time I enter the live chat I'm just told that I should wait, and when I asked if I could verify myself, I was told it is not necessary

Who exactly told you that there is no verification needed to withdraw your money? Do you have any evidence like as screenshot or chat transcript of that statement?
Please note that some casinos allow players to withdraw without verification but only up to a limited balance. I couldn't find any rule in their terms and conditions which would say that you can do it without verification so I believe it will be necessary to do.

Hello Nick, unfortunately I didn't take any screenshots, the live support told me that no verification is usually necessary and that I should get my money after 3 working days, now I'm just being stalled in the live chat and they say that the finance department is very busy
