I started playing with Playzilla online Casino for over two years now. I lost over $100,000 USD for that duration of time, but recently I started wining by playing different strategy. my problem is they are not giving me the withdrawal limit that I am entitled for according to their withdrawal limit stated on their website. currently I am at their highest level witch should allowed me up to $2000 per day, I am getting only about $526 with the current exchange rate as of today March 26 2025 because I get paid in Turkish Lira, as some of you this currency is going downhill in value now, the other problem is that I don't get to withdraw every day, they keep pushing my withdrawal averaging about 4 - 5 days per week only. that means if I got lucky enough without facing a bad streak that could cause me to lose everything as all gamblers know what I am talking about, so even if I keep wining that means it will take over a year just to get my money I lost playing back. I kept asking to be treated fairly and honor your what you advertise on your website but I kept getting rejected. actually up to ten days a go I was able to withdraw about $785 per days for couple of time after I asked them to increase me withdrawal limit but they reduced it to $526 after couple of withdrawals because I kept wining. All I am asking is to treat me fairly and honor your withdrawal limit stated on your website. otherwise change it and let people decide if they want to use your site or not.

Thank you for your attention.

Honestly talking I do have a VIP manager who is taking care of me and he seems trying his best

to help me out with my withdrawals. I have no problem withdrawing my wins as I explained.

To get to your questions,

As I explained that I am getting withdrawals regularly.

but sometimes they get delayed due that some times I get pushed so I can't make a request for withdrawal.

the way it has been with me that I put a request today most likely I get it the next day. but as I said not the amount that I am entitled for.

I don't want to make up stories and say that they don't pay me, they do but not as much as I am entitled for.

I am getting tiny bit more than quarter of my daily withdrawal limit as they advertise on their website.

last withdrawal was yesterday our time because now it is already past midnight here.

I was able to put another request today which is that is the only number of requests I can do with the maximum they gave me, I mean the maximum amount that I am allowed for now by them.

The VIP manager told me that the system is doing this I mean reducing my limit but my average of play keeps going up higher, the more bank roll I have the more amount of money I play. I mean my average was never dropped. in fact it keeps going up as days go up. that means if they have higher levels than their maximum level I would be entitled for as well.
