Hello yes you are welcome to ask me questions so the account is verified since last May and I had to do that again earlier this year. The prize was won with real money. I spoke to the VIP manager Alex for the first time today and also sent countless emails, but the chat is no longer working at the moment and I don't get an answer to emails. I had never had any problems with paying out until now.
Yesterday I received an email telling me that I would receive the money in 3 days and should wait for the bank to respond.
I tried contacting playzax again and was told it had been withdrawn and then again they have not received any update on my money yet....the website also says it has been withdrawn. The chat no longer works for me or I was apparently blocked for it and there are hardly any answers to the emails
