I'm Neluvhalani Ratshibvumo I registered at playzax casino then I was given bonus I played and won .When i wanted to withdraw I was told I had to make a deposit of 20€ I did and also my documents where verified then I went request wire transfer withdrawal I waited 2 weeks without them responding to me then I decided to go to their chat platform then they told me is difficult to pay they where failing so they suggested for me to submit my bitcoin account I did so. I WAITED THEN I GOT EMAIL THAT MY WITHDRAWAL WAS APPROVED I SHOULD WAIT 48 HOURS I DID THEN 48 HOURS PASSED THEN I HAD TO GO TO CHAT TALK TO THEM THAT "I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL" I REQUESTED A PROOF THAT THEY REALLY SENT THEN I SAW THAT THE BITCOIN ACCOUNT WHICH THEY SENT #170.1 Euro it doesn't belong to me ,I didn't provide that bitcoin account they told me it was mistake I should wait they r investing then I haven't heard anything since then and I can't access my account they block it told me my country is now restricted I didn't receive my winnings I was given false hope and I lived with it many days.
