The player from Spain requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Since today 7 hours ago I have been waiting for a refund for 4522 eur. I know that it will be considerably delayed because I have been waiting for days for another one that was not managed by making excuses.
Also, they have always been handled in minutes, but since I won a certain amount they seem to just make excuses and try to drag the process out for days. I am opening a claim because it is not the first time this has happened to me and this technique and other casinos often use this technique.
I request a quick refund as on other occasions, just as fast deposits are managed.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I understand then that it is assumed that for certain amounts it takes at least 14 days to be refunded as part of a bad practice of certain casinos. I will take note.
