The player from the United States had been allowed to create an account and make a deposit in a casino, only to be informed afterward that players from his location were not accepted, with exceptions only for those in New Jersey. The player was disputing this at the time. We had asked the player if he had used any VPN or IP-masking software to appear as if he was in New Jersey and what state he had chosen when registering. However, the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Terrible misleading Casino. They let me create an account, during this filled in my address which explained where I lived. After doing so I went to the deposit section looked for promotions they said I needed to reach a certain level before promotions were available to make a deposit first, and then I’ll be eligible. So I do, and then It goes to big letters across the screen saying players not accepted in your area only in New Jersey.! This is after I created an account with my destination and them allowing me to make a deposit before telling me that my destination is not acceptable. I’m fighting with them now but last time I messed with New Jersey, I waited six months and never got my money back so I’m not expecting much stay away. Unprofessional is an understatement

Could you please specify which state you chose when you registered in this casino? I could not finish registration if I chose a location different from New Jersey.
