My account was full verified. They were not giving my withdrawal and kept it pending. On enquiring I got to know that they were asking for bank statement of bank used for withdrawal and when I gave it they blocked my account and didn't give my withdrawal

Saying that the statement is edited. They also said that i used third party deposit during my deposit which is totally unfair as they too use third party payment provider. In all casinos third party deposit is there without any problem. They are not opening my account saying that decision is full and final. I am sharing the chat with them and the disputed bank statement for you to analyse and help me get my money from palysqr.filefilefilefile

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Who's payment method did you use to deposit? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that depositing with a 3rd party method is strictly forbidden in every single online casino and they had the right to void any winnings and block your account permanently.

My account was fully verified on 17 January 2024. I used my brother's payment upi method as my bank server was facing issue . I also did so as the casino itself was using third party payment provider for its deposit. The last time I spoke to the playsqr casino was on 20 January 2024 regarding to unblock my account as my account was fully verified and my withdrawal was pending. I said to them that you too use third party deposit for your deposit so kindly consider this once and reopen my account. Regarding my bank statement they said it was edited but it is totally legid. I request you to help me in this and unblock my account.

Unfortunately, as I stated above, using a 3rd party payment is strictly against the casino terms and the casino has every right to void any winnings and block your account permanently. Also the casino is not a payment method so of course they have to use payment provider to process payments.

As you breached the casino terms, there is basically nothing we can do.

Please be sure to always register with your own details and use only your own payment methods to deposit in every single online casino otherwise it will end the same way.
