The player from India completed the KYC process and attempted to withdraw winnings from Playsqr casino. However, his withdrawal did not go through and his account was blocked. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
First time when I placed withdraw then playsqr casino asked me for kyc documents and 8 submit kyc document and bank statement and phone bill and then casino site successfully complete my verification process and my account are verify.
Then I placed withdraw but witudrawl did not recive 8n my bank account and then when I chek again then I see my account are blocked so please take action

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they provide a reason of blocking your account?
