The player's two deposist never arrived to the casino account even thou was charged for it. We are rejecting this case per the player's request.
Made an account verfied tue site full off issues deposited 25 money taken from my bank didnt go into the site then they said deposit issues then they say they fixed it deposit 10 again same problem money taken from my account and not added to site so ive 35 euros missing from my bank now i deactivated with them now dont trust them

What payment method did you use to deposit? When exactly did you make the first deposit into the casino? When did the casino inform you that the payment is now working?
I would definitely recommend you to not deposit there any more money until your first 2 deposits are credited to the casino account.

Visa first payment yesterday 819am they informed my deposits cancelled then they said its fixed to deposit again but i put in 10 today no money in the site again
Now they say my 25 deposit sucussful processed but i deactivated my account yesterday they are worst site ever looks like i will never get my money now fu*king scammers

Based on the screeshots from your last post, the payments are only pending. I think this issue will be related to the payment provider and not the casino. Could you please try to contact the provider and find out what might be the issue?
Well i got the 25 euros bit not the 10 euros so dont know why deposits taken forever to process i wont be playing there i mean depositing again takes days for deposits to process can only imagine if i won most likely take 8 years to get winnings

I closed my account with them.ya i deposited twice 25 and 10 euros got 25 in account after a week didnt get 10 so they owe my 10 euros
Anyway i tried off this i close my account they put 10 back in my bank are forget it now im tired off it

Yes, the 25€ deposit landed with a delay, but you received it, as you have already stated in the complaint. You are missing a 10€ deposit however - a deposit that also landed with a delay and is in your gaming balance but your account is deactivated.
We are going to issue a refund of 10€ directly directly to your credit card as we already triggered a refund.
We are doing everything we can, but you are very hard to work with due to so many insults and lack of cooperation for this issue.
