I want to find out how can a online casino changes rules about withdrawing your winnings. And not notify you in advance that now you only allowed 3 times withdrawals and 3 times reversals per day. Without explaining in advance that this is a new rule and this is how it Wil work?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward with the case.

When did these changes happen in the casino term? Didn't you receive any notification after you logged in or trough e-mail?

The casino is allowed to change their terms anytime and in any way. However they should always contact the player and the player has to agree to this changes.

Also please forward any relevant proof or communication to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Nope nothing. When I asked since when this is now in place I was told this is a new rule. Bt on their terms and conditions its not entered there. Then I replied and said it would have been nice for a person to understand there was a change in rules prior to and. Then was told there is a pop up message that told me. I told her I want. To complain about it I feel they removing my human rights to play ND withdraw my own money. Not even bonus game money my own so now if you build up winnings they blocking you ND you need to wait till the next day before you can cash out again. I've never heard of such an obserd rule ever. But no email was send no mgs was sent so I had to find out the hard way that it's jst not the revarsal that's limited but also to withdraw. I should withdraw at anytime as a please???

Could you please advise what is your intention with this complaint? You wish to have the old withdrawal rules back? Or just want to withdraw and not play in the casino anymore?

Yes. I would like them to change the rules back, why I feel it's my right to withdraw at anytime. And redeposit when I feel I want to. Now if you have a current deposit ND I dnt wanna play my winnings then I put another deposit before I can with draw I first have to wager one of my deposits. Does that sound normal? Isn't it my freedom of human right to deside when I want to play and when I don't want to play? How much I wanna play withdraw what I won deposit when I want. Now they put a restriction on that is that fair?

Dear Baciami,

I won't think that it is possible to change the rules overall back to how it was before, the casino can maximaly allow you to make one last withdrawal by the old rules but I won't think that it will be even possible. The only thing that can be done is to write them an e-mail that you do not agree with the new terms and completely move on to a different casino. Please note that this would be only possible if you haven't accept their new terms yet in some kind of pop-up window or otherwise.

The casino has every right to change their rules anytimes and after that it is up to the player whether they agree to them or not.
