Hello, I have set a deposit limit of 10, - per day at this casino and still I was able to deposit the following amounts. 500, - and 100, - and 750, - Now I still have 300, - on my account and have informed the casino that it violated responsible gaming seriously and I would like these amounts back! The casino also admits that it has a problem with the deposit limit and is working to fix the problem. Nevertheless, I have the right to get my money back, because the casino also asked me to make a game turnover deposit 1x. Of the 1350, - only 300, - are still in the account, I see this as a gross violation of my protection! Please help. thank you
