The player from the US believes that the casino has intentionally influenced her gameplay. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
My problem with this casino is that they hijacked my network connection as I was about to hit a large win and cut my screen out on my games. They caused me to lose all of my bonuses, but that's not as bad as hijacking someone's private network connection. I would never ever play at this casino again nor deposit with them.
