I have been going round and round for 3 weeks now with this casino trying to verify my account. I sent them other required documents and every time they tell me they can't read my ID that the picture is not clear. When I hold my ID next to my face on different phones, there's no way to get a 100% perfect clear picture. But it is legible. You can read the print and you can see my face. This is a scam. Do not deposit here. They just don't want it to verify the account and do withdrawals. I have done the same verification process with 12 other casinos and had no problems but with them they just keep shooting it back to me.

While I was awaiting a $2300 payout, I mistakenly claimed another bonus, so PlayCroco voided my entire payout, even though I had requested it prior to claiming the new bonus. There are excellent weekly promotions on their site with various codes to request, in reality at the first minimum withdrawal they limit the account and no longer allow you to be able to use them, always denying them with absurd excuses! I have now received a payment of €120. From a NO DEPOSIT BONUS... I wasn't sure if I would get the max amount of €180. My actual profit from the NO DEPOSIT BONUS was around €450. Of the payout amount of 180 €, another 50 € was paid for the bank transfer, which I found quite steep... But I paid 0 € for it. So I'm satisfied. Verification took about 1 week. It's probably faster elsewhere.
