I have deposited over 4 times and didn't receive any bonus. And the game was slow and didn't work properly so I lost my money not once did I get a win.

Dear Cara,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I checked the casino’s promotion (https://www.playamo.com/promotions) and all of these bonuses have to be activated by typing a promo code in the bonus code field, therefore I assume, that most of their bonuses can be activated by the players themselves, and they are not credited automatically. Would you be so kind and specify, which bonuses you were trying to activate? Could you, please, confirm, that you used a promo code?

Additionally, in regards to not winning anything, I would like to point out, that sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.

If you have more information that would help to support our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do.
