The player from Australia is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player) and the bonus policy. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have deposited over 4 times and didn't receive any bonus. And the game was slow and didn't work properly so I lost my money not once did I get a win.

I checked the casino’s promotion (https://www.playamo.com/promotions) and all of these bonuses have to be activated by typing a promo code in the bonus code field, therefore I assume, that most of their bonuses can be activated by the players themselves, and they are not credited automatically. Would you be so kind and specify, which bonuses you were trying to activate? Could you, please, confirm, that you used a promo code?
