The player made two deposits, the money was deducted from his bank account, but never reached his player account. This left the player frustrated, so he tried to close his account. Unfortunately, the attempts to close his account in the casino failed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

$26.74 & $53.48 2 Mastercard transactions  on 5th Jan. Both been deducted from my card. Not applied to my account

 Sent several emails. Ignored and not answered. Finally had an answer in chat. "You have nothing to worry about. We have not debited you  card sir". I since asked to close my account 5 times.  Again ignored! Do not play here!!!

Hi Peter I don't have copies of the chat sorry but have plenty of sent items in my sent box relating to this. I've heard before of casino's not paying winnings but never heard of casino's taking a deposit and not applying it to your account. WOW! This must be some sort of scam and I really advise you to warn other players. 

 

Also the phone number they have listed is fake and does not work.
