Withdrew 3 times before to my Revolut bank account and also deposited thousands of euros with it. I won a nice amount at first and wanted to cash it out, they put it back. Went from 2400 to 4400 and wanted to cash out again they put my balance back every time. Yesterday I contacted the live agent Chris and he told me that there was a technical glitch which prevented them from withdrawing to Revolut but I should re-withdraw and they would accept it with high priority. It didn't happen, the reason I want to withdraw quickly is because when it's on the casino account I might get the urge quicker to play, so to combat that I placed a loss limit of 10 and a wager limit of 10 after managing to get to 8500 euros yesterday. Sadly it's just a mirror as you can remove the limits immediately without the 24 hour cool off, which doesn't make sense. In the end I woke up midnight and played the balance as I was nervous still seeing it in my account. I want Playboom casino to fix this problem. It's just unfair that an online casino can do this to someone. Their responsible gambling tools do not work, just a facade. For some reason I can't upload all the proof here.
