Been waiting on my withdrawal from Platin Casino since the 18th January. I have been in contact with their customer service every single day since the day I requested my withdrawal. I tried all various methods that they asked me to change for the withdraw to go through. So far I tried wtihdrawing to two different credit cards , my bank wire details (IBAN + BIC), and also through mifinity. They cancelled all my requests daily without giving me reason for it and when a reason came I did the changes and got cancelled agani anyway. On friday they said there was some changes in my name I needed to do for my bank wire transfer and it would all work fine. I even got my request processed for first time last friday but to my disappointment I woke up with my request cancelled again this morning. People need to read this and understand that it can take up to a month to be paid by Platin, if ever? Im starting to lose my doubt.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?

Hi Petronela,

It seems to be a hard paradox to solve. I have been asked to try different methods of withdrawal request at times but when I issue the request the request is cancelled with a email saying "Please withdraw with the same method that you deposited with", and paradoxically the method I deposited with also gets cancelled. As explained above I already tried many methods. And yes, my account is KYC verified since long now. Today I was asked to set up a mifinity account and deposit with it so I can instantly withdraw my winnings. So I did, but their system mifinity is flawed and their card verification system is not working. When you deposit on mifinity you need to verify the deposit with a 4 digit code that is sent to your bank, the code didnt work. So I lost 20euro additional to the same corporation that runs both mifinity and platin casino. I will keep this case open until they find a solution for this. Ive been literally writing them everyday for 3.5 weeks.

Case has been solved. For future reference to platin casino players. Deposit with Skrill or Crypto and make sure you withdraw to same account you deposited with. They are very strict with that. And being a overseas establishment in curacao its very hard to get sent money to european banks. So stick to crypto and skrill.
