The player from Australia had been waiting to have her withdrawal processed for almost a month before submitting the complaint. The issue was resolved. Three weeks later, the player informed us she had received her funds.

Plabet 7 oz have approved my withdrawel which took almost a mth of repeating the same things and resending the same required paper work daily and now its been 10 business days since sending the withdrawel payout request off to there third party provider who like planet 7 oz has no contact phone number , plabet 7 oz do not return emails either and online staff closed my account when I told them of my dire needs to have these funds in my account asap . This is one of the worst experiences of my life , it makes me angry , anxious , have panic attacks and worstly as I budgeted around recieving the funds any day now over 3 weeks ago as told by online staff I made a commitment to my bank to pay my mortgage arrears within a week only to have them forclose leaving my family homeless now too but noone at planet 7 oz seem to care. I think they are a scam and I doubt ill even get any money . Everythung I've been told is a lie and even if they didn't close my account I wouldn't deposit another cent , after the thousands I have given them it took a withdrawel to make me realise it was all a scam , they are good at discussing the truth with there campaigns etc but they actually ruin lives and create nightmares , far from dreams as they claim . They disgust me

They never reply to emails ever and then when customers get angry and frustrated at being ignored they close your account and don't pay your withdrawel leaving u even more frustrated and angry and then still don't reply to emails. Its been one if the worst experiences of my life. No phone number and online staff only lie before they cut you off and make it impossible to contact them either . I hope this casino gets shut down. They have ruined my family when I should have been excited about having a win

Great idea , I would like planet 7 oz to plz resolve my complaint too. I have been a loyal customer for years spending thousands at there casino and regret that my first withdrawel has caused so me so much frustration which led to the closure of my account and i only want what is rightfully mine to be honoured as they had already promised to do so by approving this withdrawel in the first place . Please planet 7 Oz, I was relying on these funds and would like to apologise for any wrong doings u may feel I have done from my behalf . Please pay my withdrawel

If my payment was sent on the 3rd April as planet 7 oz say it was then how is it even possible for them to retrieve the payment and stop the funds from being recieved in my bank account ?? Could it be that my refund is still on its way to my account given its been over 10 buisness days since the date it was sent or is it more likely they have cancelled the transaction when they closed my account 5 buisness days later??

The first thing I would like to do is assure you that the payment is on the way, it was released to our 3rd party on the 1st of April. Generally it arrives in your bank account within 10 business days however the protracted Easter holiday did slow things down a bit. The best I can say is it should be there shortly, there are no known delays currently.


I would also be remiss were I not to mention the why of your account closure. I will refrain from quoting you directly Melissa but we have strict guidelines regarding responsible gaming and player safety.
