Planet 7 OZ Casino - Player is complaining that the casino wants to pay her in BTC.

On the 22 August 2019 I made 2 seperate withdrawal requests of $1500.00 each, I filled in all required documentation to complete wire transfer, after 6 weeks many unanswered emails and 15 live chat sessions the first payment of $1500 was recieved in my bank account,  Plant7 Oz terms and conditions state only $2500 can be paid out in any given week if your withdrawal exceeds this the remainder will follow 7 days after.  So once i received the first payout I asked when to expect the second and was then given the runaround for the next 6 weeks with the casino citing you will get your payout you just have to wait....bare in mind their terms and conditions at most will have you waiting for 3 business days for withdrawal approval 3-7 business days for wire transfer and then 7-10 business days for payout to clear into your account.  It is now 04 November and last week I was informed for my final payout I had to recieve this is BITCOIN what a absolute crock.  They have stated my bank rejected my payout, which I dont understand as i recieved the first payout, they are scammers they were more than happy to take my CASH in the blink of an eye but now state I have to recieve winnings in BITCOIN, that is niot the currency I paid them in, I dont even know if its legal to do this but they have left me with no other options, the live chat portal give you the run around copying and pasting their waiting times, which have been far exceeded in this case, PLANT7 Oz Casino is a giant SCAM
