Here we go again. My hopes and expectations when it comes to withdrawing at an online casino, is that they give you access to your winnings WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED on their website. But yet again, I have to come to Casino Guru to get my winnings. I made a withdrawal request with Planet 7 on December 16th. I just don't understand, why so many hoops have to be gone thru in order to get my money. Please help. I pray this doesn't drag on for weeks to come.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I pray you can help me It's been a total of 18days since I requested it. I've already been verified and went thru all of that, so that is not the problem. I really was hopeful that after the initial withdrawal, it would be a quicker process to withdraw winnings down the road, but seem to be sadly mistaken. I mean they say it themselves on their own website! Except on their website, they claim the withdrawal will get approved/denied WITHIN 1 to 3 business days, then can possibly take an additional 7 business days from there. #WHYLIE?
