The player from the Philippines has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. Unfortunately, the player lost his winnings before we could help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I have been requesting for a withdrawal since February 9, 2023 and up to date, the amount was not granted. It was always rejected. I contacted their customer service, they say that there is a system maintenance and withdrawal is unavailable. But if you will deposit, it is granted. Now, they are not replying to my messages. At first, i have no problem withdrawing but when I was trying to withdraw higher amount, it was rejected.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Good morning Maam, my account has been verified by the Casino Site because I was able to withdraw many times before. When I won 60K+, that's the time they did not allow me to withdraw anymore. Out of frustration, I played and played carelessly because I cannot see their interest to allow me to withdraw until my remaining balance is now down to 20K. I am praying that the 20K+ remaining balance can be withdrawn instead of the reported amount of 30K. Thank you and Godbless.

No Maam, i did not avail of the bonus. My last successful withdrawal was on February 7, 2023. The same process of withdrawal, through GCASH. My balance has gone now, i did not play since i started reporting my concern to their customer service.

I am checking the bet history Maam, there are records of loss but i did not play those dates. i have no balance now. I am very much disappointed, i was scammed by Pinasbet. I don't think i can recover any amount anymore. Thank you for your time answering my querries.

I am sorry to hear that Kenzo072121. Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
