The player from Switzerland complains that their bonus wasn't credited. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Thank you for your reply, gerardobrenga. I see that the support agent informed you, that the email has been sent by mistake. I apologize, but we cannot force casinos to give out bonuses that players are not eligible for or to ask casinos to give bonuses they are not able to credit to players.
